Complaint against Game Store

In 2014 I bought a 39" Sinotec TV from Game at Vincent Park Mall here in East London where I was told that it has got five year warranty,at the begining of this month I switched it off as I was going to work when I came back later a tv did not switch on.I took it to Game then and then where they took it in for repairs,then the technicians found out that there was a damage on the inside screen which I think is LCD and its gonna cost R2600 to replace it,now Game wants me to pay for those repairs while a tv is still under warranty,there were no physical damage in a tv,it is well looked after.My question is how do I break something inside my Tv?
