Complaint about Game store Ladymisth

On Friday 13 December 2019 I visited game they told me to leave my parcels at the parcel counter that when I told the lady that was helping me there let not my parcels get lost because they don't give any card or ticket as to ensure that u have parcel that is kept in there, so when I'm done with my shopping there I went there to get my parcels only to find out 1 parcel is not there when I told them that something is missing they called superviser/manager that superviser told me to leave my details so they will contact me only if that person who took my parcel bring it back other than that they have nothing to do
