Complaint about game store

Hi guys I resently bought a Samsung 70inch TV and some other stuff at game brits mall. Anyway the TV arrives safely at my house and I had people come to Mount it at a specially built stand so it can be safe and out of reach for children. Anyway when we tried to switch it on we realized that it has a problem because the screen was just flicking on and off, so I informed game and they took it back to the store for replacement. When I got to the store they told me that they will not be able to replace it because the screen is cracked from the inside yet the crack is not visible on the inside. I was the to over see everything from the time the TV left the store to when it was handled by the professionals that mounted it. Every thing was handled with care and there were no incidents that could have caused a cracked. The manager at game told me that even a mere finger on the screen could have caused a crack. So was I wrong to Mount my TV are game TVs so sensitive and vulnerable that they should not be mounted... the original price of the TV is 20000 but it was on promotion so I paid 13000 Rands. 13000 rands down the drain....this is very painful for me game ****med me and they need to account for it.
