complaint about damaged goods at Game Store in Ballito - KZN

<p>i bough a telefunke tv flat screen at game in May 2016 and tv was damaged not switching on within period of 6 months. i returned the tv in August and was refunded. i bought a samsung 40 inch tv and the same problem also occurred. tv switched off while we were watching and was not switching on. i took it back to the shop in Feb 2017 and was sent for repairs for almost a month. i was left with no TV and money wasted as i had paid for DSTV. on the 9 April the tv was giving problems again... same issue and it has been sent again for repairs. guaranteed quality is not given at game and they dont value their customers. i was told TV need to be damaged 4 times before i am given a new tv but i have been in Game more than 3 times reporting problems with their TV within a period of a year. i am never ever buying eletronic goods at game. they are useless.</p>
