Complaint

Hie My name is Edson Jema. I bought a television set by Game N1citymall Capetown and that set did not even last a year it wasn't working so I had to take it back since it was on guarantee. On my arrival to game I was told that if I wanted it to be fixed quicker I had to take it to Sumsang by myself but through their name so I did like was. When I so that it was taking too long I had to go en check my television and to my surprise I was told that it got burnt. Now were I bought my television when they so that there's a problem it changed goal posts, they're referring me back to Sumsang Electronics. Now I'm tired of these ups en downs and my money as well.All this shouldn't have come to this if they were dealing with this case professionally both parties. (1)Game should've given me a good customer service by either giving me my television set back or a refund coz they were not supposed to refer me to Sumsang Electronics coz from the onset when we were doing business it was I myself en Game but I don't even know how they go about their business coz there is no customer service (2)Also this so called Samsung Electronics why do they act like they're not professionals. Coz as far as I'm concerned to just mention Samsung,it's a big brand. That shop that got burnt I believe it was insured that they should have given me my television set back long before. I'll be very much grateful if you help me on this issue Thank you
