COMPLAINT

Bought a KIC Fridge from Game Stores Jabulani on Saturday the 5th of Feb 2022, it was delivered 7th Feb 2022. Plugged it on afternoon of the 8th(obviously because it cannot be plugged immediately after delivery). Woke up the 9th and my kitchen is flooded with water, I wasn't sure what the issue might be at first but realized the water dispenser is liking. Called them on the 10th morning and I am advised they will have to assess what the damage is. THIS IS A NEW FRIDGE, hardly 5 days old - my question don't they test these items prior to being sent to storerooms and sold to customers. I find this service appaling and refuse for a new fridge to be fixed.🤬😡😡😡😡
