Complaint

Disgusting service I got from Game Potchefstroom.On the 20th of Feb my Son lost a bag of labtop while he was stopped at the door by a Game Security not to enter with a bag inside the store.The bag had a labtop,cellphone ,Underwares and T shirts.On his way out the bag was missing after handing it over to a security of Game store,It was given to somebody else.Camera where reviewed we were told the bag was taken by Students how I don't know.My son was told investigations will be done they will get back to him.They never got back to him up until I act as a mother.I went to Game never met Game Manager of which I believe he/she is very much aware of the incident.We stay in Ventersdorp we spent money for Petrol every week to go find out how far are they with the investigations ,they always promise to get back to me but they never did.What **** me off is I spoke to a security head who told me it's our loss.Evrytime time I'm in the store the supervisor doesn't know how far is the Manager with the investigations and they will call him/ her no answer I even suspect they don't call the Manager because how can the Manager not pick up the store line always maybe they are calling a phone that is their lockers.I decided to take the Matter to helllow peter with trust that I will be heard and I will get assistant.This matter was not supposed to come this far if it was dealt professional by so called "GAME MANAGEMENT"They have all my contacts hopefully they will get back to me as promised a month ago.
