Complaint

I am so disappointed with Game at fountains mall. They have a special valid from 17 December 2021 until 02 February 2022. Today I went in store to buy stationery, I couldn’t find eraser on the special, I asked this lady in uniform. Her reply was “I don’t know, they are still packing maybe it’s not out yet” I understood and went to pay.

I realized that non of the prices matched with the special as I had a paper with me. I showed the teller and she called the lady I interacted with earlier by name “Depuo” (I assume she’s a store manager) she rep**** “yintoni” meaning what is it? To me that was very rude. She couldn’t help with anything, she told me the stationery I had was not the one on special. I mean there’s pictures and detailed description. She left me there with the teller with no solution. The teller told me that the barcode is not the same. I mean from the 17th till now their system is not updated? I left with nothing
