COMPLAINT

i am so disappointed with the service i received at game store east london in gilwell mall , we purchased a television in Johannesburg to comer and fetch on saturday at the mall when we arrived the television was sold and the person incharge with the sale wanted to give us the tv on display with the full price ,fine the tv was also sold then we arrange to come on monday as he promised to give us the television monday when we arrived the television is still not there until today we have not received it. i AM VERY MUCH DISSAPOINTED WITH THE COMMUNICATION AND THE RUDE RESPONSE WE ARE RECIEVING ON THE MATTER ,HOW CAN YOU SELL AN ALREADY PAID FOR TELEVISION.
