Complaint
I am so disappointed in the service we got from Game. We bought a 16kg Whirlpool washing machine on the 24/11/2018 online the order number is ********** 36. And since then we only had trouble with the machine. When it is on the rinse and spinning sycle it shakes a lot and makes a big ruckus. We made sure it is leveled and tried everything from washing different types of loads and on different water levels but it still does the same. It shows an error every time. I have phoned 4 times and emailed 3 times. But got no service from Game. You said a technition will come out to us and we are still waiting. Now it is almost christmas and the excuse will probably be that no one is working we must wait till the new year. If this is the service we are getting, you can please come and collect this machine and give us our money back.

02 Jan 2019, 09:07We have complained on Hello Peter and other social media platforms. I also phoned 3 times in the beginning of Dec where someone promised us they are sending out a technician. On the 27th of December someone phoned us and said a technician is going to contact us within 48hours. We are STILL waiting for this to happen? So the bad service is just continuing?
