Complaint
Bought a TV about a year ago, then in march the screen somehow got a crack in it. Contacted game they send samsung tech out and i was told that there is nothing they can do. Now im sitting with a R13000 TV that does not work. What do i do

Unfortunately a cracked screen is not covered under any guarantee. You are still welcome to take it to the store who will send it for repairs on your behalf but the cost will be for you.
