Complain regarding salton buffet food warmer

I took my salton buffet food warmer to game store in kolonnade on 26 Feb 20,I bought the unit last year on 19th Feb at game,on their website it show 2 years guarantee,now the unit is broken then they are telling me is 1 year guarantee,they cant help me I was supposed to register,thats nonsense because their staff never explained to me,am so disappointed I was promised it will be not more than 21 days and they must not give me excuses of lockdown because this was in February...the funny part is it still show 2 years guarantee on game website,it was good when they take money in my account,now they can't fullfil the customer needs.
