Complain on Nwabisa Sitofile!

I am very dissapointed on the service i got at Game Stores Century City!! A very Rude lady by the name of Nwabisa Stofile don’t deserve to be part of your family!!!! She has no Respect for herself! Her Manager and Customers, when i arrived at thAt store she was complaining about rude customers all to find out she is the rude one!! I arrived around 19:00 and was the last one to walk out at 21:00 when the lights went off! Most staff members could see i am frustrated and where apologising to me!! I asked this lady Stofile to assist me with the tv i am looking for as she worked in that department, firstly she ask me to go check this aT. On the other-side of the store mind you thats her job! I went and she told me to wait for a guy by the name of Quintuin! When that guy came he was directed to assist someone else i got frustrated i just went to a different department to ask for help since its one store and that was after Sitogile said to me “ yinxame iservice yalapha” translating to “forget about the service in this store” that time she was rushing to go home she refused assisting me and she had no customer at that time. One lady who saw me there when i arrived advised me to go report at the glass window where the store manager because she was shocked that no one attendant me, mind you another guy who don't work in that department went to go check at the back coz the system said they have 7 TVs in store, when he came back he said they are all faulty some don’t have remotes!! I must go to Game in Town they have 14 boxes, i than asked to pay there and collect no one wanted to assist me they made up stories that they cant what if the system is not updated bla bla bla!! I went to the galss window and spoke to that lady i told her everything, Sitogile was called in! Infront of me she denied everything! And started speaking in Xhosa shouting at me that “unomsindo ngoba awuyifumenanga leTV uyifunayo icheap” translating to “you angry because you didn't get the cheap tv you want” the manager was there i translated to her she kept on talking and bieng sarcastic saying “ uncediwe kengok” meaning “did you get the help you want!! The manager disappeared after saying in Afrikaans “ let the lady pay we wanna go home” i never saw her again but that Stofile lady was busy shouting and other staff memmbers where watching and apologising to me! I told her I'm not letting this one slide she is very rude! That Manager saw how she spoke to me and i just had a feeling that this Stofile lady is a bully maybe the manager is also scared of her, but I'm reporting this! When i went to town the next day i was asked why didn't they give me my TV i told them they said all their tvs are faulty hence they said i must come collect here. Lucky there was a coloured lady who was trying to assist me there when she came from the back at 21:00 she was soooo shocked to see me there with out any assistance. The Manager didnt do much or say much to me coz she said they must help me they wanna go home!! And that was it!

I don’t understand why don't Game hire people who actually want to work not that rude ***! Her name is Nwabisa Sitofile!! She works at Game Stores Century City.
