complain against game store

<p>Yesterday I went to Game store in Durban West Street to buy a ring for my beloved husband. I was completely disappointed about the way they treated me I asked them to call the manager for me but he / she did not even bother to come and see if what is the matter. They were communicating via telephone. I did not buy the ring because the price tag on the ring was R345.00 while on the shelf it was R360.00 when I asked them why they told me that the price on the ring is the old one and the other is the new price for me I take that as if they are robbing customers cos you can't put two different prices for one item thanks .the name of a person that was helping me is Zinhle Cebekhulu.</p>
