Complain about Game store

I purchased a new deffy washing machine from game pinecrest on the 26/06/2021 that thing vibrates like there's an earthquake in the house. I stopped it immediately. I've been trying to contact the shop since 8:00am this morning no answer. Game please contact me to resolve this issue I will not keep that machine at home I'm so sorry. It either I get a new one or u give me my money back.
