After i layer a complain twice and getting contacted twice by different peoples i m stil awaiting feed back until today...

27 Oct 2020, 16:12I honeslty see no point in the responses this matter is a matter of about 4 weeks ago yet i m stil getting the same respond and nothing has been done about it.when the complaince agent called she said she will be calling me in 7 days its wat passed 7days now u are telling i need to wait for 24 hours .
