COMPLAIN

I bought a refrigerator at Game Store, Pretoria, Bloed Mall October 2018. I have lodged a complain at Game during December, they have told me that they will come to my place after 72 hours. 2019 January 04 they phoned me while I was still on holiday and there was no one at home. I have spoke to them to come to my place on the following day and they didn't come. When I come back on 2019 January 05 I tried to phone that same number and there was not answered. On January 08 I went back to Game Store and explain my story, they have phoned KIC again and responded that they will come before Friday 2019- January 12 and they did not come. On 2019 January 16 I went back again and they told me that they will come on 2019 January 17 but even today no one came.

Hope you will consider my complain.
