Complain

Yesterday I had a bad experience from one of the Sore assistant from Games in Qwaqwa.

Accessory or Jewelry Department between 12:30 and 13:00 she took about 3 to 4 before attending us as there was no cashier us to make a payment.

She took the watch and told me to go queue on the other side.

That's when I started to ask if she can assist in asking the cashier to processes my transaction as i can't wait in that queue.

I was told if I qas in Shoprite Checkers i was going to queue I just like to act special. Then ask for the Manager she told point black that she can't call the manager for by the time manager get here I would have walked out of the the door like those customer's whom were on the queue she wanted me to join.

I yjen ask to ring the bell for the Manager she said she has bever seen it. I went and called the Manager called Tumelo after she referred me to the information desk to ask for the Manager.

I was treated bad as a customer and the Rudeness and disrespect from her was intolerable.

Your assistance will be highly appreciated Her name is Tshidi or Matshidiso the Trainee who was standing next to Return Department witnessed everything.
