Complain 2

After my complain Game send KICTechnician and he found that my frigirator is leaking. He told me that he will give report to the store that it would not be able to work, and Game will come and exchange the frigirator within two days. But even today I have didn't receive any call from Game. As I'm saying I don't have frigirator because it is not working. I regret buying electric appliance at Game. I think Game must give me refund.
