Competition in store on Saturday

<p>Email has been sent to Service Centre which can be read as I'm not going to type all that on here. I'm also not going to mention names to discredit anyone. </p> <p>Received a call from a staff member who already seemed to have made up their mind before calling me. Game has lost a valued customer for life as I feel the competition that was held in store was not fair, honest or right. I feel I was ****** of a prize due to a famous Radio station staff who also does not possess people s****s when talking to a customer, but instead feels that screaming and talking in an arrogant manner deems it OK. When I did mention to the staff member that called me yesterday that I would voice my opinion on Hellopeter, they said it was OK, which is why I'm now voicing my opinion here. I have basically furnished my 4 bedroom house from this store, from purchasing blinds to every appliance small and large to cameras, decoders etc, to now vow to never set foot in this store ever again. I feel I was victimized for standing up to one person, who simply made me feel like a fool. Yes I really wanted that tv and spent hours in that store trying to win one but I feel my fate in winning one was sealed when I confronted staff and Radio campaign leaders. (<span style="color: #626262; background-color: #ffffff;">Massmart Ethics: Tell us if we don’t do what is Right, Fair, Honest and Legal.) Maybe the Ethics should be reconsidered especially at this store. Rules firstly should be done and said upfront and not changed every 30 minutes to suit the store or the staff handling a competition. As a result of what transpired in store on Saturday I have had difficulty sleeping or eating as the events keep playing over and over in my mind and with yesterdays call from the staff it has now worsened and I'm seeking medical attention for insomnia and feeling like I was victimized. With that being said, don't run a competition if you can't handle the outcome and change the rules as the day progresses. </span></p>
