Very disappointed, I bought a fridge from Game and on the email it had a scratch and win birthday promotion so I followed the link, spun the wheel and won a R250.00 voucher, it came via sms only no email, now today the voucher expires and due to multiple slipped discs I am unable to physically go there so I sent my cousin on my behalf, now they refuse to honor the voucher due to their *********** system not sending an email but an SMS only.
I forward the sms, I forward the date of the email, they fall on top of each other so where did I get the sms from which is disappointing as I wasted my cousin's time for them to be turned back.
Your staff at Galleria are not helpful whatsoever Truly pathetic service Don't have competitions then go back on your word...
Last time supporting Game, don't appreciate the fact they man e you out to be fabricating events.
The email of their competition link with my order and screenshot of the sms sent also coinciding with the dates are apparently not valid proof :) ****
