Sent in my son's laptop which was faulty. Today I went to pick it up because they say it's fixed. When we test it, it still had the same problem. I then asked to speak to a manager, I have been waiting for over an hour and none of them are coming after multiple pages by staff. Juan Pierre Classen did not even acknowledge me and told staff he cannot assist and walked away when I asked him what is happening. I then sent an email to store manager still no response. My kid has been without a laptop for weeks. Mind you this laptop is for school purposes. Not only are they not fixing the laptop, they call me in to come waste my time in their store. Never have I felt so disrespected.
