Closed account but still being charged

I would just like to know how Game has the nerve to charge me R16.49 per debit order when I specifically went in store more than three months ago asked that this account be closed??? I requested the full outstanding amount and paid that and had the gent at the menlyn branch credit desk, call and close the account in front of me and then cut the card up? I did not give Game the go ahead or permission to debit ANYTHING off my account. If I do not get a satisfactory response from Game I will be taking this up with the Ombudsman and the media!<br>
