CLEARLY TIME DOES NOT EQUAL MONEY

This morning I received a call regarding a washing machine delivery. As I wasn't given a time frame on when to expect the delivery, I have not only missed work and appointments. After waiting all day, I called the office only to be told that the truck is still on it way. 20min after I receive another call from a different lady stating that they could not get hold of me as the delivery guy called my 2ndary number- Its called 2ndary for a reason! I have now wasted a whole day waiting for the delivery and am pretty sure this convenient miscommunication will continue for the remaining 3-5 business days they take to make a delivery! Not happy at all about how Game chose to waste my day today!
