Clarify please
I bought JVC TV at game store, after 11 months this TV gave me a problem, I returned it for repair as it was still under warranty, they failed to fix it and gave me options to take another TV or refund, as they were out of stock I asked for refund, instead of giving me money they gave me a slip and says "that's your money you can buy something else" so my concern is that where can I get this refund policy which supports that they should give me slip
