City View Game Staff need training on customer service

I purchased a pack of pamperd rom another shop and lost the slip . Games policy was they will excange it provided they stock it. Game citt view refused. The lady that assist me was extremely rude saying they stock very few nappys and definatley not this pampers as its not even on their system. Yet the aisles were stocked with the exact nappys.She just walked away while i was still talking.lf you want rude service visit city view game
