I live nearby and it's my regular shopping mall, but sad to say everytime I need to make a purchase in Game the staff are very unhelpful as if we are bothering them in their socialising with their fellow work colleagues. It's happened numerous of times and it's really frustrating. Very Poor Service Delivery! I was told twice in one week regarding two different items that "We don't have stock" but not once has any employee offered to check if their other branches had stock availability. The worst was a group of employees working on the "Electronics" department, they were bust socialising and eventually when I did get their attention to ask for some help finding the item I came for, the employee just merely waved his hand in the opposite direction and said "you will find it there". When I got there, there was no shelf for the GPS I wanted to purchase. I then found a female employee nearby with her arms folded and when I asked her, without even checking I was told "No stock". I wasn't even asked what make or model I needed. Something needs to be done about this Game branch.
