I just went to Game Fourways mall. Your website has a Russell Hobbs toaster and kettle combo for R450. Your stores don't have stock. I called Arshad who told me to speak to Chris the store manager. This guy Chris is rude and arrogant. He walked away from me and told me that Arshad has his number and he doesn't want to take the call on my cell. He had a don't care attitude. After him checking the website he then tells me he will check with the buyer. I asked how long that will take. He doesnt know. Doesn't have any answers. Asked what happens if u can't get item as its on the site. He also doesn't know. He was rude and arrogant go check your store footage. How do you employ useless idiots like him. Noel was 100 times better. Absolutely pathetic in today's economic times to be treated like this
