Checkout Delivery for Limpopo no assistance

After ordering cat biscuits on line via Game, my area Limpopo was not listed for a checkout. After 2 weeks I received an email stating they do deliver to Limpopo. I explained that I couldn't do the checkout as my area was not showing. 2 months later I am still waiting for a response??? Again another deal on cat food I missed out on. Zero rating for this company as well!
