Cheated from my RAIN CHECK DEAL

Good day Sir /Madam

I was given a call back (RAIN CHECK) for an XL philllips air fryer in July each time I went to the store the item was out of stock .

Eventually now I found the air fryer and the price was now R4000 from the R2299 on my call back they refused to give me at that price .

I eventually got tired of standing and waiting and bought it for R3499 , my issue is why take my call back receipt and not provide the service .

Why was my call back not honored , I am disappointed at the service I have received at your store .

I have sent an email regarding this matter to the consumer protector as I feel I was cheated by your store .
