CHEATED BY GAME STORES BOULDERS MIDRAND

I have to Game Store at the Boulders Shopping Center in Midrand on 20/02/2020. prior to my visit my husband contacted the sales department for the appliances, and mentioned we got a cheaper quotation from Mason's Store in Benoni for the Hisense Washing Machine. The sales person mentioned that we bring in the quotation and they will beat the price. At 17h30 we went to the store and straight to the sales person. (Firstly he was busy with other customers, and there was another sales guy standing and doing NOTHING, but when my husband mentioned our situation, he said we can wait for him, why couldn't he assist - laziness at the best). We saw that they had the hisensen 13kg toploader advertised for R4499. and we had the quote from Mason's Furniture for R3999.00. He then proceded to call the store and the receptionist mentioned they have the machines and priced R4499.00. So he puts down the phone and says he can't do the beat the price deal, as Mason's mentioned they have the machine for the same price as them (Game). So I questioned, the quote I received via email from Mason's, and asked him to call the store and confirm my quotation number and the price. He said he couldn't. He then called the manager, who made tons of EXCUSES why she couldn't beat the deal????? I received a VALID QUOTE from the store which was cheaper than GAME's price - yet GAME BOULDERS could not … it's just a whole load of BULL and FALSE ADVERTI*****T ON GAMES PART. To make their store LOOK good to the public, they promise all these stuff, but the TRUE TEST IS WHEN THEY CAN NOT DELIVER ON THIS SLOGAN THEY SO CALL MAKE. so why do they FALSE ADVERTISE and MISLEAD THE CONSUMERS.... I hope to convey this message to many as possible, so not to support the GAME STORE ESPECIALLY IN BOULDERS, WHERE DECIET AND LIES PREVAILS.
