CHEAP MERCHANDISE SOLD BY GAME

I purchased a play station 5 from Game Clearwater, after 2 months the picture stopped casting to my TV. I paid R15000 and is still under warrantee. After 2 months of struggling to get a receipt so it could be sent in, I get a response that the HDMI connection is damaged and is not covered by warrantee and I must pay R6500 to repair. What pathetic quality of goods is Game Stores selling that after 2 months the HDMI connection can be damaged. I have tv boxes, tv sets that I've had for years and never experienced this. R15000 down the drain because of the quality of the goods sold, PATHETIC, I worked very hard for this money that now is gone.
