cheap **** ryboi

Bought a ryboi from them last year late October early November three weeks ago it broke down went for repairs was told a machine that cost me R1299 was going to cost me R1450 to fix as they were no repairing it as "I have misused the machine and it was badly treated" why don't they admit they use inferior parts and a lot of people have had the same problems with the ryboi I went onto legal aid on facebook everyone says they are a piece of s@@@ this has been reported to the consumer commission

The store will obtain a technical report from the Supplier as to what the problem is where after a decision will be made.

according to legal talk on facebook Ryobi are cheap ******* and everyone complains they pack up after a short period of time I am not accepting this its going to the consumer commission

The manufacturers of Ryobi also supposed to offer a two year guarantee on their products and they don't so they obviously a flaw somewhere in that they don't want to offer their original guarantee also they said the engine was burnt out on this mower wht a load of ******* I have seen and smelt what a lawnmower looks and smells like when the engine is burnt out they wont get away with this and as game is the supplier you will be involved as if I don't get a positive response and a full refund you will be named and shamed and this will go to the consumer commission

Your repair 1819– Ryobi Lawnmower

I intercepted a complaint on Hellopeter that you have posted.

I have tried several times to contact you on the cellphone no you provided and was unable to get hold of you.

I am aware of your query, when you approached me on Saturday. I assisted you and we discussed about usage and care when handling a lawnmower, about how the motor can get damaged etc, and also about the quotation (of +- R1450), to fix your lawnmower. I also offered you a brand new lawnmower at a discounted price of R1199.00, to which you were quite keen to take on.

Please advise further if you are interested in this offer or need to discuss any other query you may have with regards to this.

no thank you I am not about to keep buying new lawnmowers every three months because these idiots say the item was not looked after I don't even have a job thank you so it will be going to the consumer commission
