Charges after account was paid off!!! CRESTA

<p>Dear manager /DIRECTORS ,STAFF WHO EVER CARES !!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> I am unterly disappointed in how you conduct busniess,I bought a 360 x box for my son in 2015 dec .the purchase price was approx R 1600 .with intrest I paid my loyal fees extra.</p> <p>I contacted your call centre maybe two months ago asking what the outstanding amount is.they gave it to me and straight after that the settlement was done.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today 06/01/2017 I get a sms stating that I owe Game money and its overdue by the 01/01/2017? How on earth ? if I paid the outstanding balance ,why incrue extra cost on something that I paid for .no extra purchase was done .and I solimley only took the card baecause I paid the xbox off I had no choice but to take the card.and I even told the lady at Cresta game im only taking this for the purchase I now made.Why I there an extra charge .Why did your incompetant staff not ask me can we close the account or phone us after you made the deposit to close the account.in fact why should I phone ? why did someone not sit at a computer and sent a sms saying thank you Miss dagama for paying up your account.NO ONE DID ,.SO PLEASE REMOVE WHATEVER IS SITTING THERE AS I PAID MY CHILDS XBOX ALREADY !!!!! FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE AND MORE ON THE FEES DURING THAT MONTH!!!!!!! AND PHONE ME OR SEND ME AN APOLOGY LETTER AND A LETTER SHOWING I PAID MY XBOX .NOT MONEY DUE AS THERE ARE NO MONEY DUE!!!!</p> <p> </p>
