Charged on the wrong item

Absolutely irritated with the service I have recieved. I bought a Christmas stocking at Game Centurion, and tried to return it to Game Jabulani Mall only to find out that I was charged R 299 for the stocking and it’s actually R 169 according to the teller at Jabulani. Upon checking the barcodes, the barcode on the slip and on the item do not match which means I was charged for something I did not purchase. The teller told me I have to go back to Game Centurion which would not work as I reside in Soweto. I really need a resolution to this and I cannot sit here with a stocking I bought for R 300 when it doesn’t even cost that much.
