I bought the chainsaw at game store , the problem of the machine was , Moto not running and still on guarantee , firstly I didn't' have proof of purchase , and they want me R800 , I didn't` agree to pay the amount which the cost of the machine was R1499,95 , now I do have proof and they send it back to supplier to repair it , today they called me to come to fetch the machine , I went to game to see what`s going on because I told them I don't want the machine anymore cause this is the third time I return their machine , the name of machine was Ryobi , trim tech . trim tech is the one we disagree about it , they called one of the manager Sara Mpye she told me I used the machine too much and she cant help me `, she thinks I came to rob them , and have ten years purchasing at game store , never returns items. am so disappointed by game , Sarah never so helpful and undermining other people . am so disgusted
