I m so ****ed off ordered some stuff which was birthday gift now my stuff can't be delivered driver called me to tell i must change my home address and that address i been using it every time wen i order i haven't struggling like this, y my order was accepted but now it can't be delivered i phoned no feedback received which is bad service, also send WhatsApp no response why can't you refund if i can't get help so dat i can go and buy somewhere else wer they know customer services, if i dont get my order by tomorrow refund and further action will be taken

25 Aug 2025, 10:50Agent at customer care they treat us like piece of ****, received my order yesterday kettle is not working she told me I should take it to the store is it my problem that is not working, for me to order online is that I can't go to the store, game staff should learn customer service, if they don't exchanged this can i please have my money back
