Hi team,
Item no: *** complaint
This item is currently on sale however it is not available anywhere in SA. I called the Cape Gate branch and was informed they do not have any in stock.
Called the hotline and was informed they only have stock in Francistown in Botswana. How is this item advertised in South Africa valid for the whole month of April but there is no stock and no hope of getting stock anytime soon? It is now the 20 April and I have been checking this ite online since the 15 of April?

20 Apr 2026, 16:31Hi Faith, we're sorry you did not get the items you wanted. We checked our systems and it is out of stock in our Cape Town region. Our promotions are not region specific and sadly once they're gone, they're gone.

Secondly, how is the item on sale and advertised in South Africa yet your call centre confirmed there is ONLY stock in Botswana??????? That is FALSE adverti*****t, PERIOD!!!!
You are lying by saying there is no stock in Cape Town, the TRUTH is there is NONE is SOUTH AFRICA.
How do you advertise this item is SA knowing fully well you have NO STOCK in the country??????? Game has completely LOST the plot!!!!

I am writing to you because I want to bring to your attention this oversight on your company's side BUT it seems it is something you DO NOT CARE ABOUT. Clients are not something GAME cares about.
Is the device going to be available in SA before the end of this promotion? If not, then it would only be fair to get a raincheck for this product.

You welcome to reach out to your nearest Game store and provide them with your contact details as the store will be able to reach out to you once the stock is available again.
