Cellphone department/ bad service

I got to game Jabulani Mall to buy a cellphone, firstly there was no cashier to assist people as we were just standing as customers confused who should assist us. Then another lady assisted by calling the guy who was supposed to help us, he came and asked which phone I wanted and if its a contract or cash, I said cash and chose the colour of the phone, he then gave me piece if paper to go and pay by the groceries section and I did, when i returned he was no longer there i went to customer service to enquire the lady then went with me to help desk to call the guy on speaker (Mduduzi) he ultimately came and never even explained where he was. He took the receipt and opened the phone then told me the terms and conditions then he took my ID and did his job. When I got home i checked the phone, I have a message saying "i did not rica the sim card" and another one saying "i have inserted the sim card in another cellphone????" Now I have to use my petrol and go back to the shop to inquire about this.... I am so angry
