Date: 14 Feb 2015<br> <br> I am writing to express the poor service I received and unhappiness with Game Store at Lakeside Mall in Benoni,<br> While I was doing my shopping and shopping for a TV stand I was carrying my phone on my hand and as we lifted the box to the trolley I put my cellphone on the side and without noticing I left it there,<br> The shop was very quiet in that area of the shop, I realized minutes after that I left my phone by the area we took the TV stand, however when I went back it was not there. I went to the Manager who <br> told me there is nothing he can do as they do not have cameras, such a big shop.<br> <br> I trust this is not the way Game wishes to conduct business, If you truly value your customers this should have never happen if you have cameras, your employees should be the luckiest employees in the world because this means they can do as they please with the customer's belongings. Game Lakeside Mall Benoni is the worse store ever with *******. <br>
