Cell phone Contract gone wrong. Who exactly is responsible?

On the 19th June 2023 I went to Game, Vincent Park in East London to apply for a Cell phone Contract which I did and was told I would be notified of the outcome. On the 25th June I received an Email from Vodacom notifying me that my application has been Accepted. On Monday 26 June went to the Store and was informed that the phone was out of stock and asked if maybe I wouldn't be interested in other phones she had available on Store. I rep**** no I was going to wait as the Particular phone was on Special and came with Free Buds. She said they were waiting for stock and stock normally arrives on Wednesday. On Friday,30th I called to enquire and switchboard couldn't get through so she took my number and she went in person to enquire. I was called back and the phone was still unavailable and they were gonna call as soon as it arrives. On the 4the July I had a missed call from Game, so the next day I went again to the Store and was informed that the phone had arrived but the lady was off work today and tomorrow I must come on Friday. So, Friday 7th July, I went to the Store now the lady is available and now she informs me that the Free Buds are not available as their were a Samsung promotion which ended 30 June. I rep**** that I was not happy about that as I had app**** whilst the promotion was going and it was you who didn't have phone not me. She tried to make enquiries on the phone and said she couldn't guarantee the Buds as today would be the day that will reflect. After sometime a Senior Male Personnel came and didn't even bother to ask for my side of the story. Told me that I had been informed that upon application I was informed of the unavailability of the phone. So, I asked him to pull my Application which was done on top of my Application it was hand written the phone I had app**** for by his personnel. So, I asked why would she write the phone down if she had the knowledge it was unavailable. I asked when was the phone app**** for he rep**** the 19th. He went further to tell me that the was a clause that said Contract are subject to availability of Stock. I rep**** I am well aware of that but whose responsibility is it to know that information. He went further to say the Contract that I had app**** for was not available and the was nothing they could do and he left.

I still told the lady that I was still not happy they were suggesting I must complain with Samsung. I absolutely did not understand that because my Contract is accepted by Vodacom which I saw from Game Catalogue. To add salt to my wound because of my disability I couldn't stay there any longer and I asked for an Email to lodge my complaint I was given www.game.co.za which was not helpful at all.

Can someone assist where do I direct my Complaint?
