Cash withdrawal complaint Game Brooklyn Mall

I am very disappointed at the fact that a game employee had the odacity to lie about the services the company offers. I am employed with Capitec Bank Limited and pride myself in giving the best customer service and being transparent.

I came in with my wife to do a till withdrawal as this is a benefit with the capitec Bank card as it charges less than an ATM withdrawal. A lady by the name of Onica at Game brooklyn said Game does not do cash withdrawals and in a way, my partner was forced to purchase something and do a caschback (we requested for R100, and had to buy airtime for Telekom R12) whick meant we were at a loss when the point was to save on fees. Please give more clarity as to whether or not game does withdrawals at a fee of R1. 75 or not. Onica said "game tills do not have the option to do a withdrawal only cash backs are possible" meaning I am forced to purchase before receiving requested amount.
