Can't register Game on-site warranty

I've not been able to register the 2 year on-site warranty on a laptop. This is what I have already tried: 1. Registering online at www.game-warranties.co.za (that's what the sticker on the box says). When I enter the correct serial number, it says it's too short. 2. When I added spaces to the serial number to make it "long enough", and click register, it says Access Denied. 3. I tried the same thing on my phone, and three different browsers on my computer. 4. I phoned the support number mentioned on the sticker and on the warranty registration page - ***- there is no answer 5. I emailed *** last week as per the registration page, but there has been no reply yet. 6. I phoned the Game customer care number ***73. The man was helpful and gave me the number of Incredible Solutions, which apparently services Game's on-site warranties - ***. There was no answer.
