Can't get a TV...thanks game

I bought a TV from game in king williams town Which had a 4 year warranty 58 inch sinotec Send the TV in after about 1 year no picture There policy states withing 21 days I should ha e the TV repaired or replaced if it can't be repaired After 21 days we Inquire they inform us TV has been repaired they are waiting g for the courier to collect About 4 days later we Inquire again we get told we are being refunded because TV cannot be repaired Huh.... We have to Inquire or we would still be waiting for the feedback after 29 days this was horrible We can't get the same size TV with the refund we can't get the same make TV with the refund what must I do with a darn voucher I want my TV
