Cant close game account

I tried closing my account I was given an a settlement amount and I paid it. Following up the next week in Mafikeng mall it turned out Game owed me money.I had to buy something on the account that I did not want to make it Zero the lady at the counter and the person on the phone told me.I bought an unwanted Item and my account was zero again.I asked the lady to confirm that they would close my account she assured me that definitely they would close it.Weeks later guess what I ow them another R173. Game just close the account you costed me thousand in useless interest and I will tell everyone I know to never to open an account with you.Your stores are so bad with nothing new It was a waste to have an account in the first place.And I am sure you will try to blame RCS but you are the ones that got them in your store deals and it is your brand on my card.The card is old already due to the times I swiped it and wasted my money in your store. Please sort your things out.

I went back to game store in carnival mall where it took more than 20 minutes to get through to an operator from RCS. The RCS clerk told me that they would listen to my recording and then decide to cancel the amount if the recording proofed that the clerk told me to buy on my account again to cancel it. Then I would be put back into a 36 DAYS WAITING PERIOD(again).
Why can other companies just close your account as soon as the money reflects and you cant? And still it is showing that I ow you money? I don't know what could possibly be so difficult that it could take 2 months to close an account. Your reply looks very generic and it is fine please just close my account that is all that I want!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!And please stop giving me the run around I don't even want to enter a game store again that is how tired I am of this please.

You are most welcome to try again to call me on my hellopeter profile number it is correct, any person that has missed called me ,I have tried calling back unless it cant go through for it was from a voip caller.
