Cant beat Game Brits as worst retail Outlet

I bought a Trojan Home Gym on the 7th due to the Special Game were running on it at the Game Store in Brits Mall. Firstly, if you have ever experience a frustrated and lack of service / enthusiasm in a retailer visit this store. Took me 20 minutes to get someone to help, after breaking up a nice social chat a few staff had down the row. Than does the sales person inform me they do not have stock. I said I will pay and they can order / obtain one from a different store. The department manager I assume did a process on the system and informed me 2 units destined for arrival the 9th of May. Have inquired from the store 3 times just to have one of my staff be informed today maybe in 2 weeks. This is nothing short then *********, dishonest from the employees / management at the store. Seriously can a unit not be sourced at another outlet. Hell I will have it collected at my cost. People need to think twice before visiting this outlet. DON’T ADVERTISE SOMETHING YOU Can’t SUPPLY. I want the unit purchased not the refund and preferably within next 48 hours. Will escalate this to Trojan as well! Do not want to speak to any of the outlet staff or management. Let them play on their phones and have their social chats
