Cannot return goods within 7 days

I need to return a tv bought online from Game. A return request was submitted within 7 daya, no one made contact with me and now apparently the tv cannot be returned, even though it is still sealed. Game cannot find the return request anywhere, despite me havong received an email and an SMS to confirm. Terrible, pathetic and sneaky service.
