Cannot refund nor exchange
Bought a cellphone at game mall of the north on the 3rd of April 2016 and on 04/04/2016 I returned it for exchange at game kolonade and was told customer care has closed and I should come back the following day.Today I went back and was told to go and return the cell phone at mall of the north branch.
