Cannot close my account

I have been trying to close my Game account since last week, no one wants to assist me. I was at the store, the staff are so busy chatting to each other, they are rude and unhelpful, I have sent numerous emails, I have phoned. I am getting no where. I paid my account in full last week, today I owe R101 again because they did not want to close my account. This is beyond rediculous. You cannot even find an email address of a manager to get assistance from them.
