Cancelled order deliveried

I bought a microwave online at Game on the 30th, i notice that i did a duplicate of two microwaves, i called them immediately to cancel the 2nd one, few minutes after done with online purchase , when i check on their app the same order that was cancelled was being collected by the courier, i called the customer service and they said i mustnt worry, it has bn cancelled and i wl get my refund in seven day, in my suprised the parcel was delivered at my place and i mmediately called them and they are saying i must bring it back and im staying more than 200km from game outlets , as if its my fault
